**Position Overview**:
As a Padel Coach at The Hook Club, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality coaching sessions tailored to players of varying skill levels. You will inspire and motivate players, foster a positive and inclusive environment, and contribute to the overall growth of our padel community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coaching and Training**: Provide professional coaching to individuals and groups, focusing on skill development, strategy, and physical conditioning. Tailor sessions to meet the needs and goals of each player.
- **Program Development**: Design and implement coaching programs for different skill levels, including beginners, intermediates, and advanced players. Create lesson plans that are engaging and effective.
- **Player Development**: Assess players' strengths and areas for improvement, offering constructive feedback and personalized training plans to help them reach their potential.
- **Event Support**: Assist with organizing and running club events, tournaments, and social activities. Help create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for all members.
- **Mentorship**: Mentor and support junior coaches, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
- **Member Engagement**: Build strong relationships with members, encouraging their participation in club activities and promoting a sense of community.
- **Safety and Maintenance**: Ensure that coaching sessions are conducted safely, adhering to all club policies and procedures. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a padel coach or player at a competitive level. A coaching certification from a recognised body is required.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of padel techniques, tactics, and training methods. Ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages and skill levels.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with members and create a welcoming environment.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- **Professionalism**: A professional attitude with a commitment to upholding the club's standards and values.
