**Your new company**
Is a well-known local employer. They have appointed Hays to recruit a Receptionist to join their company. This is an office based role. Hours of work will be 8am to 5pm Mon to Thurs and 8am to 12pm on Fri.
**Your new role**
Based front of house, as Receptionist, you will provide an efficient and professional service, welcoming employees and visitors to the company. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for: operating a busy switchboard, taking and relayingmessages to staff, responding to queries from employees, visitors and contractors, booking meeting rooms for visitors, operation of visitor entry gate and completion of visit forms, preparing and arranging collection/postage of mail, booking transport / hotelsfor visits, arranging catering and providing Administration support to the HR team.
