**Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Property Maintenance Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Hampshire.**

**What the job will be doing**
- Responsible for high quality and safe property maintenance delivery within an area (geographical or technical area).
- Managing and supporting teams who in turn will supervise trades operatives or contractors and assist the Property Services Manager in meeting corporate performance targets.
- To ensure that the service complies with appropriate legislation, professional standards and policies and procedures.
- To use excellent ownership skills to achieve goals and to develop strong successful relationships within, customers and all stakeholder groups.
- Accountable for the Teams provision of good quality property maintenance and customer care service and act as a role model excellent customer service.
- Monitor the monthly spend and ensure that all expenditure is within budgets and minimise unnecessary expenditure.
- Support the supervisors in the management of their teams
- Use data and tools available (including PowerBI, Infosuite, Insight etc) to manage performance of trades teams.
- Analysing data sets and where action is required support supervisor with following up by defining the required activities
- Responsible for creating a team of skilled, flexible, customer focussed high performing individuals
- Build strong relationships with neighbourhood team leaders, and other frontline teams, within the area(s) that you are based
- Actively promote and role model values and practices of Best Value. Regularly monitor the cost effectiveness of own and wider teams decision-making when planning responsive maintenance actions and materials to be used.
- Prepare detailed specifications for rechargeable works upon customer request
- Ensuring that the supervisors are accountable for ensuring that the correct SORs are coded correctly and the full job costs are allocated
- Work with Manager on the creation and implementation of preventative maintenance
