Factory Operative

**We're currently looking for production operatives for a well-established local factory.**

As a production operative you would be responsible for assisting in production and blending process, packing and labelling the product, meeting quality standards, cleaning as you go and other relevant production duties.

No experience required as full training will be given, however this is a factory environment and will involve some lifting.

**SHIFT PATTERN**:
**DAYS AND NIGHTS - 7AM TO 7PM, 7PM TO 7AM - 4 on-4 off, 5 on - 5 off**

Starting pay rate is £12.54 p/h going up to £14.63 after 12 weeks (if working both shifts)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £12.54-£14.63 per hour
