We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, talented Content Marketing and Strategy Manager to set the content strategy and deliver outstanding content marketing for the new First Choice.

You’ll be the link between the UK Content team and First Choice. You’ll be responsible for defining and evolving First Choice’s content strategy and content marketing, and aligning this to the needs of the customer and the business as it progresses throughits transformation.

Already an established player in travel the brand, led by a young, dynamic and forward thinking leadership team, is about to transform into somethingvery different. Whilst still a valued part of the TUI family, First Choice will have its own distinct personality and culture and we’re looking for talented people with a curious outlook, energetic mind-set and can-do attitude to help bring it to life forcustomers, collaborators and colleagues.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- **Content strategy**: You will play a key role in understanding the First Choice team’s needs and commercial priorities and translating these into effective content. You’ll develop, drive and deliver First Choice’s full-funnel content strategy that dovetailsinto our new brand marketing strategy. You will be ready to adapt the strategy during each phase of the business transformation. You’ll ensure alignment around content objectives, be able to clearly explain the thinking behind your proposed content plans,and define the relevant measures for success.
- **Content marketing**:You will own the content marketing strategy for First Choice, working with brand, social, SEO and digital to form a content marketing framework that helps align and inform our channel mid-funnel strategies. You will ensure we investin the right content at the right time by bringing to life the new brand strategy and by connecting the customer journey through inspirational and informative content.
- **Project management**:You will act as the central liaison for briefing and delivery of creative assets, generating a growing body of engaging, inspiring, customer-focused content for our channels including website, CRM, social media and blog. You willdo this by liaising with key people around the business and managing the prioritisation, supporting their briefing and sign off across the business.
- **Content creation**: You will identify opportunities and work with the Photography and Video and Social Content teams to plan photo shoots, video shoots and filming. You will work with the Editorial team to ensure copy requirements are on brand, accurateand inspirational.You are responsible for managing the digital content experience, and will be tasked with continuously improving the connected customer journey. You’ll identify opportunities for new content pages and liaise with the Editorial, Content Delivery,P&V and wider web teams to implement via the CMS tool. You will also work closely with the Web Product Owner and SEO team to ensure that customer experience initiatives are prioritised for development.
- **Brand Champion**: You will become an expert in the First Choice brand and take accountability for developing, implementing and delivering an effective brand by working closely with our Design Lead.
- **Insight**: You will develop a detailed understanding of our customers and competitors, and use this understanding to identify areas of improvement and share relevant findings with the wider team.
- **Team**: you will lead a squad in a matrix structure made up of team members in the Content team, who sit across Editorial, Content Delivery, Design and Production and report into their specialist areas. This means you will need to have experience workingin an squad/tribe or an openness to work in this way.

Occasional travel may be required.

**ABOUT YOU**
**- Strong experience of working with contemporary brands and content.
- Experience delivering content strategy and/or content marketing.
- A digital native with a thorough understanding of SEO, UX, and CX; how personalization can improve digital experiences; and how research, testing and data analytics can help to shape editorial content and strategy.
- Experience of owning brand guidelines and tone of voice, including writing and overseeing content for different customer needs and formats.
- A team player who can build strong cross team/divisional relationships with colleagues and manage up and across to find the best solution to competing demands.
- Strong project management skills, flexible and calm under pressure. Able to juggle projects and priorities and deliver to high standards in a fast paced environment.An eagle
