To assist the Cook/Site Supervisor in providing Catering services at Connah's Quay School, Flintshire.

A Basic Food preparation qualification - NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is required, along with a basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

You need to be able to evidence that you have covered a wide range of catering duties including:

- Some staff supervision, preparing cooking and serving meals to pupils and staff
- Food storage, stock control, stock taking, ordering
- Be able to show initiative, have good organisational skills and communication skills associated with delivery of a large scale catering service
- Have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team, willingness to assist with site clerical duties, and operate the cashless system.
