Prep Cook

Overview:
This position is for evening shifts in the production kitchen.

**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, making sandwiches, and preparing sauces.
- Help in cooking and assembling dishes according to Beach Box recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace to uphold food safety regulations.
- Follow proper culinary techniques and sanitation practices during food handling.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary terminology.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff members.
- A passion for the culinary arts and a willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£14.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
- Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
