We have a great opportunity for a Fundraising Professional to join a leading charity and have the chance to work within a highly collaborative environment where you have the potential to make a real difference in the community of Hackney.

Currently looking for a Fundraising Manager to join the team based in Hackney. This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing team that is innovating and shaping the Business and the local community
- Experience in taking responsibility for researching community groups, schools, religious organisations, businesses, and corporate organisations and identifying new potential donors and the best approach to establish meaningful engagement.
- Managing the income and expenditure budgets in line with the overall Community Fundraising strategy, monitoring income and expenditure against these events and campaigns, and assist with monthly forecasting.
- Taking responsibility for developing and promoting a range of fundraising activities, events, and campaign initiatives aimed at community organisations.
- Taking responsibility for working with the Hospice's internal stakeholders (Chaplaincy, volunteering, and Supportive Care Services teams') to develop projects for partnership opportunities.
- Demonstrating a willingness to attend events and fundraisers. E.g., visiting an evening Rotary Club where they are fundraising for The Hospice.
- Taking responsibility for developing a range of community events such as bucket collections and hospice-based donor-specific events (Cultivation or stewardship) to promote awareness of the Hospice and raise money in the community - E.g., Pamper evenings/donor-engagement events.
- Taking responsibility for developing and implementing effective and tailored communications and approaches to engage the support of our existing and new supporters.
