Billing Assistant

Due to exceptional growth, our Crowborough based client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Billing Assistant to join their team.

They are looking for someone with expert problem solving skills, an acute attention to detail and previous experience in a similar role. Combined with this, successful applicants will need to demonstrate a first class work ethic - highlighting their willingness to always go the extra mile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cross checking suppliers’ invoices
- Reviewing and amending pricing for customers
- Verifying and maintaining the accuracy of client information
- Downloading and uploading billing information
- Liaising with suppliers when any discrepancies appear on invoices
- Manually billing non-automated billed services
- Ensuring the bill run is completed in the 2- week time frame
- Answering Mailbox queries i.e. copy invoice requests

**FULL TRAINING will also be provided**

**Salary**: £20,000 - £25,000

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
