The 33 bedded unit cares for patients requiring close monitoring and observation following a medicinal admission, encompassing acute care skills, as well as patients requiring rehabilitation needs.

You would be joining us at such an exciting time in an area that will give you the chance to quickly expand your knowledge in a fast paced but supportive environment.

**The role will involve**:
To have clinical management of the IIAU and actively pull patients up from the Emergency Department once referred and to provide high standards of evidence-based patient centred care and assist in the

development of team members.

To work with the team to maintain and contribute to the efficient running of the department

and to deputise in the absence of the Senior Sister working alongside the ENPs to optimise

patient care and flow whilst taking responsibility for the department during these times.
