This exciting opportunity is for a self-employed coach and trainer based at our state of the art studio in Anniesland.

Ensuring both strength and functional movement patterns are performed safely, with proper technique.

A minimum of 6 hours coaching per week is required to begin. This will increase to at least 12 hours as you gain experience and familiarise with cleints etc. The rate of pay is £13-16 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Coaches have the opportunity to develop client relationships.
- Engage in a positive enthusiastic manner with members to encourage goal setting, retention and progress.
- Demontrate an extensive knowledge base which can be confidently communicated to staff and members.
- Confidently lead classes.
- Assist with the programming of sessions.
- Continually monitor facilities and contribute to maintaining a high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
- Collaborate with the other coaches to actively recruit clients and engage with new audiences.
- Have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and expand their knowledge and skills.
- Be receptive and open to feedback.
- Be very punctual and take on responsibility.
- Have flexible working hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Graduate

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
