**Your main responsibilities will include;**
- Recruitment & training new & existing employees
- Conducting audits with clients.
- Payroll input and management.
- Manage wage, stock & consumable budgets.
- Mobilising new contracts.
- Building relationships with clients & employees.
- Producing reports and attending client meetings.

You will perform best in this position if you have a passion for the cleaning industry and truly want to provide an excellent service and experience to clients. You will also have the flexibility to be available when needed due to the nature of the business.

- Experience in an area management position within the cleaning industry.
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Competent in Word and Excel.
- A positive attitude and the desire to work in a customer focused environment.
- Able to work on own initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £31,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
