Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of systems and components
- Measure, cut, and fit pipes using hand tools, power tools, or machines
- Weld, braze, solder, or cement joints to assemble piping systems
- Install and maintain various types of piping systems, including water, gas, steam, and air
- Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines for leaks or malfunctions
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion on time and within budget
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a fitter or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting techniques and materials
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
