Location: The Village Restaurant, Gretna

Schedule: 5 days a week (day shifts only), 7-day operation. 40 hrs per week.

As a Kitchen Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include menu planning, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. We're seeking an individual with a proven track record in kitchen management, a flair for creativity, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Requirements:_
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Leader in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
- Menu planning and costing experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including weekends
