Cumbria Park are seeking additional full time **Experienced Hotel Receptionist **to join our expanding team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Checking in & out of guests
- General administration duties
- Reconciliation and handling of cash and card payments
- Raising invoices and processing payments
- Handling of event enquiries
- Booking restaurant reservations
- Working as a team to provide exceptional service
- Working well with hotel department team members
- To comply with all hotel policies, procedures and mandates at all times

**We are looking for**:

- Flexibility to work both daytime and evening shifts
- Previous hotel reception experience
- A desire to deliver an exceptional guest experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour
