**Onboarding Recruitment Administrator**
**Role Summary**

We are looking for someone of a dynamic individual who is passionateabout problem solving and has the ability to think outside of the box.
This critical role for the CSWD team provides customer support for CSWD Trainees, Trust Services supporting CSWD and PSS; ensuring all contact with NHSP is quick, simple and helpful.
The CSWD and PSS Trainees will look to the Workforce Solutions Advisor for support and will expect expert advice and guidance for prompt query resolution for any enquiry that the NHSP National Service Centre are unable to help with.
**Key tasks**
- Ensure that the Workforce Programmes Team always strives to improve service provided to all internal and external customers.
- Independently manage the recruitment administration process on a day-to-day basis
- Respond to all calls and requests professionally and proactively.
- Carry out and maintain an effective and efficient service at all times.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of all processes.
- Assist with the preparation and return of information from interviews and training sessions
- Able to update and work across multiple spreadsheets and assist with end of week reporting.
- Attend national recruitment centres around England and assist with document checking, DBS clearances, general administration and meeting and greeting applicants. This may include weekends and evening work.
- Ability to deal with high volume internal and external customer enquiries and conflicting priorities
- Advanced ability to connect and communicate effectively in writing, face to face and over the telephone with a variety of customers
- Ability to work on own initiative, within defined parameters, to manage time and workload effectively
- Prioritising conflicting workloads
- Awareness and curiosity of problem staking them back to the route cause for service improvements
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Flexible approach to changing business needs
- Ability to book Venues for Training Sessions
- Controlling spreadsheets to manage on line training (Conflict Management)
- Supporting the ordering of Uniforms for trainees
- Ability to work across multiple spreadsheets
