Due to company expansion we have a requirement for a SHEQ Administrator to support the existing SHEQ team and locations.

Post holder will be based in Sandycroft, Deeside, with regular travel to the other locations within the organisation.

This Role is NOT remote.
- Managing and maintaining the various reporting systems.
- Compiling statistics for reports and presentations.
- Completion of customer accreditation documentation.
- Manage the training program.
- Manage the occupational health program.
- Developing and writing internal health and safety procedures/docs including safe operating procedures, toolbox talks, safety alerts and one-point lessons.
- Be an active member of the monthly safety committee and be prepared to chair the meeting when necessary.
- Investigating / recording accidents of Injury, Near Miss, Environmental & Cases of Ill Health.
- Monitoring environmental impacts, objectives & targets.
- Conduct internal audits.
- Supporting sites with the implementation of the appropriate safe systems or work.
- Monitoring EdApp / MYC systems for compliance.

**Person Specification**

**Essential**
- Experience in a SHEQ related role
- Well organised and able to manage own workload.
- Excellent PC skills.
- Experience of SHEQ reporting systems.

**Desirable**
- Auditing of ISO45001, ISO14001 & ISO9001
- IOSH Member
- Environmental qualification

**Attainment/Qualifications**
- HSEQ qualification desirable.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
