**Sales Manager / Business Development Manager - Italian and English speaking**

**UK or Italy based - Remote**

**£70k + £70k OTE**

Our client an exciting retail SaaS company is looking for an Italian and English speaking Business Development Manager / Sales Manager who is an experienced hunter in the retail space.

The primary function of this role is to help growth of sales in Southern Europe, with a focus on Italy by selling solutions into high street and luxury retail brands. So, if you are energetic, hungry, passionate about retail and if you want to join a companyon a fantastic growth curve, then this role should suit you.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Sell the clients technology products to Italian and European based high street/luxury retail brands (inbound and outbound)
- Be an evangelist for their products
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of the products
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and their on-boarding team
- Work collaboratively to help foster a culture of continuous process improvement
- Continuously maintain an accurate Pipeline and Opportunity status in their CRM-system
- Work with the Sales Director to forecast accurately

**Requirements**:

- Genuine interest and experience in using, discussing and selling technology
- Honest and convincing nature to promote the true values of their products
- Analytical capability to continuously refine and look for specific prospect and lead characteristics that will lead to new and lasting client relationships
- Value long-term customer success
- Have an eye on the bottom line, with a focus on value-based pricing
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
- Proven track record in sales and hitting targets consistently
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Business acumen and ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
- Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Location: UK/Italy - business level English and Italian
