Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable shopping experience. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This role is essential in maintaining our brand's reputation and customer loyalty. This Role offers hybrid 2 days at home and 3 days in our office. Working hours are 9:00 till 5:30.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address and resolve customer concerns, including order issues, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Investigate and resolve complaints or problems in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Assist customers with the order placement process, tracking shipments, and updating them on the status of their orders.
- Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our products.
- Share relevant customer feedback with the marketing and product development teams.
- Ensure customers are aware of Odd Muse policies, including return and exchange policies, terms and conditions, and privacy policies.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

About You
- 1 year Experience in Customer Service
- Passion for Fashion and Customer Service
- Excellent Written Communication skills
- Strong Computer skills
- Confident in decision making.
