Our client, based in Halesowen**,** is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a temporary contract for three months.

**Duties will include (but not limited to)**:

- Managing end-to-end ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management
- Supporting shared service team with projects and acting as point of contact for HR related queries

**Skills, knowledge and expertise required**:

- CIPD qualified
- Knowledge of employment law
- ER experience

**Working hours**:

- 37 hours per week
- Monday - Friday 8:45am-5pm
