**Production**
- Production Schedule Delivery
- Get work done first time, every time in line with production schedule
- Ensure most efficient and effective use of time and resources
- Manages stock flow to meet production requirements

**Staff/Supervision**
- Supervisor takes responsibility for the actions of the team
- Supports individual and team performance and objectives
- Manages staff scheduling of holidays and general attendance
- Discipline staff where appropriate in line with Company policy

**Health and Safety**
- Attends work committees
- Delivers tool box talks when advised by Production Manager
- Conducts accident investigation and reporting on site
- General housekeeping and safety on site
- Communicates with the team to ensure that targets are achieved
- A flexible approach and adapts to changing work environment
- Supports individual and team direction and development
- Maintains good working relationships at all times
- Implements integrated management systems
- Experience in a staircase manufacturing environment (desirable)
