**Semi-Skilled CNC Operator**
Shift hours are Mon - Thurs 7am - 3.30pm with an early finish on a Friday 7am - 2.30pm with a half hour lunch break.
Temp to Perm Contract

Hourly Rate: £12.24 an hour
Gi Group are recruiting on behalf of our client who are constantly busy throughout the year, our client also thrives on career progression within the business.
**Main duties**:

- Setting, operating CNC machines including programming adjustments.
- Responsible for the manufacturing of components.
- Ensure efficient CNC machine operation.
- Inspection of all components produced using the necessary equipment within the department.
- Understand the Quality Procedures and the need to comply with all aspects of the procedures.
- Investigate deviations from the procedures and take remedial action making recommendations for system improvements to ensure there are no re-occurrences.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all records/reports.
- Comply with all aspects of Health and Safety within the department. Ensure company safety policy/manual is adhered to. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the department.
- Maintain acceptable standards of behaviour, attendance, time-keeping etc. Comply with all the company regulations as set out in the Employee Handbook, Quality Manual, and Work Instructions.
- Any other duty as directed by management
