Do you want to challenge yourself and work where no two days are the same, then an exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our friendly First Response Service.This is an ageless service, that promotes a dynamic and innovative way of working, triaging and responding to crisis referrals.

The role encompasses the NHS principle, right care right time and right place. The First Response service triages mental health crisis calls and referrals providing tele coaching psychological interventions, support guidance and signposting. The service further delivers timely and responsive face to face assessments where indicated.

You will be welcomed into a role by an established team, and provided with an excellent induction program which will provide you with access to accredited risk and clinical skills training as well as a robust practice supervision framework to support you in your role.
