Job Title: Customer Service Assistant/ Sandwich Artist

Shift Pattern: Part Time position is available; shifts will typically be between 7am and 7pm for Subway

Location: Shell Wilson’s, 95 Alexandra Parade Dunoon, PA23 8AL, Argyll & Bute, Scotland

Shell Wilson’s Service Station is a reputable petrol service station, we take pride in being at the heart of the local community and providing a valuable service to our customers. As a Customer Service Advisor, you can expect to be part of a hard-working and highly energised team, you’ll help us maintain the standards of our busy petrol forecourt, convenience store and Subway outlet.

**Duties**
- Serving retail customers by greeting them; making sure they are able to find all the products they seek; ensuring customer needs are fulfilled
- Food preparation including bread and cookie baking; ensuring food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety Standards
- Resolves pricing issues by requesting price checks; verifying questionable prices; substantiating discounted items and special promotions
- Ensuring the shop and forecourt is fully stocked, merchandised and presentable at all times
- Stock Management; stock counts and product rotation to maintain product quality, reduce waste and promote product freshness
- Stock Deliveries; working stock deliveries in a fast, efficient and tidy manner
- Maintains safe, secure, and clean work environment by following and enforcing food handling standards; adhering to check-out procedures; complying with sanitation and legal regulations
- Take pride in serving customers innovatively and to a high standard
- Enhance the retail chain’s reputation by accepting ownership of task
