**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility support.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, offering companionship and emotional support.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure the best possible care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure the highest standard of care.

**Requirements**:

- A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- No weekends
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
