Job Title: Ambulance Care Assistant
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the care and safe transportation of non-emergency PTS patients.
- Ensuring timely transportation to and from appointments at hospitals, treatment centres,
day units or other places of care.
- At all times the post holder must ensure patient safety and reduction in harm to patients,
self, colleagues and others by assessing risks and adopting safe working practices.
- Must complete all vehicle and journey documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license held for 12 months with no more than 6 points
- Hold an In date First aid at Work Qualification as a minium
- Previous patient transport experience is preferred but not required as full training can be given.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals in need of care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

- Camberley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Shift availability:
- Night shift (preferred)
- Overnight shift (preferred)
- Day shift (preferred)
