Cockwells is a growing company; globally respected in the marine industry. We build luxury motor launches, sailing yachts and superyacht tenders. We are equally at home with modern, technologically advanced vessels as with classic boatbuilding.

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time **Bench Joiner **to join our team.

After initial induction and familiarisation with the company, the successful applicant will report to the Production Manager. Bench Joiners are required to produce all the internal joinery to a high standard, work to agreed schedules and ensure all work is carried out professionally and efficiently. Flexibility is essential as you may be asked to help the boat building team with the installation of joinery to maintain production schedules.

**Essential Skills**
- A high level of competency in all aspects of joinery with a good level of machinery experience
- An excellent eye for detail
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety
- Hard-working and reliable

**Desirable Skills**
- Veneering experience
- CNC experience
- Able to work on your own initiative and without supervision
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines

**Location**

The place of work is Vospers, Ponsharden, Falmouth TR10 8AB.

**Salary**

£12.00- £15.00 per hour negotiable dependant on experience.
