Warehouse Supervisor

**The Recruitment Co are delighted to be recruiting an Experienced Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Perth.**
**Contract: Permanent**
**Salary: £30,300 per annum**
**Location: Perth**
**Hours of Work: Full time**
**The role**:

- **Manage and organise the daily Chemical Warehousing operations.**
- **Responsible for the safety, production, productivity, quality, and customer service requirements.**
- **Ability to meet the required volume within the time constraints.**
- **Responsible for ensuring that daily operations meet or surpass goals for daily performance.**

**Your responsibilities as an Experienced Warehouse Supervisor will include**
- **Obtain optimal levels of client satisfaction by excelling in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and ensuring product quality.**
- **Monitor and report on the efficiency of warehouse operations and staff performance.**
- **Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of storage areas.**
- **Assigning workload and staffing**
- **Keep an item record, document important information, and use reports to forecast warehouse status.**
- **Recommend changes and implement new or modify existing work processes and practices whilst coordinating operations with other departments.**

**What our client is looking for in an Experienced Warehouse Supervisor**
- **Work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor is required.**
- **MS Office skills and knowledge of warehousing software programmes.**
- **Data entry, retrieval, and analysis abilities.**
- **Hands-on dedication to completing the task.**
- **Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.**
- **A demonstrated ability to direct and organise operations.**
- **Excellent organisational and time management abilities**
- **Experience of working with chemicals is desirable.**
