Job Introduction
We are looking for a Floor Host to join our Rapport team in our Client's stunning state of the art offices in Canary Wharf.

The client is a renowned financial institution in Canary Wharf.

This role is 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays from 7am until 7pm

Main Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

- Being a main point of contact for key stake holders on the office floor and building strong relationships
- Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Making sure meeting rooms are impeccable and equipment is in working order
- Managing employee lockers
- Making sure refreshment centres, print hubs and general maintenance on floors are in perfect order
- have an outgoing personality that easily builds rapport with other people
- be passionate for delivering great service and going the extra mile
- display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- have the ability to work as a part of a team and great communication skills
- be flexible, and taking initiative and attention to detail are key
- ideally have experience in 5-star customer service
