**The Role**

A great opportunity has arisen to join the successful London store team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the store’s inventory on a daily basis - goods-in processing, managing Click & Collect orders, dealing with inter-branch stock transfers, despatching a small number of website customer orders as well as proactively undertaking general stockroom duties.

**The Person**

An interest in photography, and a natural enthusiasm for acquiring technical knowledge of new cameras, lenses and accessories, would be extremely beneficial.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Goods In**:

- Signing for receipt of inbound goods
- Checking in bound deliveries for damaged or missing items and resolving with suppliers
- Checking-off goods-in against Purchase Orders and escalating discrepancies
- Booking-in goods and matching GRNs to Delivery Notes
- Storing stock in the correct area
- Liaising with the company Stock Manager as need to resolve PO/delivery discrepancies
- Filing GRNs and ensuring they are provided to Finance each day
- **Click & Collect Order Management**:

- Ensuring that daily C&C orders are picked and stored securely according to the agreed timeframes
- Undertaking a daily reconciliation of physical C&C stock against the system list
- Cancelling orders beyond the agreed cut-off and returning stock to the correct location
- Running C&C orders to the shop when requested by colleagues
- **Inter-branch Stock Transfers**:

- Picking and packing a daily branch transfer package with appropriate documentation
- Responding to stock transfer requests for other stores per the agreed timeframes
- Booking-in inbound stock transfers
- Reporting any transfer errors back to Head Office
- Dealing with customer back-order reports as a result of new stock received
- **Order Despatch**:

- Accurately picking stock based on customer orders as directed from Head Office
- Processing dispatch labels and inserting marketing materials
- Packing orders and liaising with couriers
- Running daily reporting and manifest procedures
- **General**:

- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Responding to live store requests for stock stored in the stockroom
- Assisting with stock takes
- Answering the phones
- Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and errors reporting
