Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.
As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.
The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa
- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Housekeeping management team to ensure the smooth daily housekeeping operations across the estate. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will ensure that all guest areas, bedrooms and behind the scenes facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, continually surpassing our members’ and guests’ expectations. You will have an excellent eye for details, and a genuine passion for hosting, confidently communicating with colleagues as well as our guests and members.
Who we are looking for
- A team orientated, positive, driven, organised and solution focused leader.
- Experience in a housekeeping department within a luxury hotel.
- Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
