The firm provide specialist services to the a range of clients based across the UK, including Landlords, Insurers and other Solicitor firms. They have seen unprecedented levels of business over the last few years and are looking to grow further through newlines of business including setting up a team to deal with commercial property related landlord & tenant matters.
The residential team requires an individual with familiarity of contentious matters, ideally this would be someone with prior experience in managing their own landlord & tenant matters. However the firm is open to hiring a qualified lawyer who is happy to bementored and develop expertise under the guidance of the current Head of Legal. There will be close support from day one no matter what level of experience you will bring with you.
In addition, once fully competent in your role, you will have oversight and provide support to a small team of fee earners who deal with the cases from UK landlord, insurer and solicitor clients.
This is quite a unique opportunity for an individual who is keen to be fastracked, with support, into a role that has a strong legal element to but will also see you aligned to the commercial success of the firm and provides a very achievable goal of movinginto the senior realms of the organisation as you progress and take on further responsibility.
