We are looking for new people to join our growing Lebaneats family in our restaurant in Windsor. We need both full-time and part-time staff at different levels and are flexible on the working hours.

Bartender / Shift Supervisor

Your main responsibilities will include:
We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

To succeed as a bartender, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.

**Bartender Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Developing new cocktail recipes.

**Bartender Requirements**:

- Meets minimum age to serve alcohol.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.

**Operations**
- Assist the Branch Manager in the store
- To run shifts and act as the manager in the event of the branch manager being away
- To assist the branch manager with operation within guidelines provided by the Company with the aim of achieving high levels of profit, standards, and customer service
- To maintain Health & Safety standards to ensure a safe environment for all persons within the store
- To accept deliveries and ensure that all products are correctly stored
- To assist the manager in ensuring that stock levels are appropriate for store sales and to always ensure product availability
- To handle cash using the POS system ensuring the company cash handling procedures are followed
- To provide and maintain a clean, tidy, safe, and pleasant environment for our customers and staff

**Food Preparation & Hygiene**
- To ensure that food hygiene standards are maintained
- To ensure that shelves are always freshly stocked and unsold food is disposed of in accordance with guidelines
- To maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards within the store, clean as you go
- To maintain stock room areas in a clean, tidy, and hygienic state
- To assist in the making of all menu items are prepared in line with the company product bible
- To help the duty manager to open and close the stores
- To be competent in the use of all equipment

**Customer Service**
- To serve customers at the till point, operating the till in accordance with Company guidelines
- To ensure that high standards of customer care and services are ALWAYS maintained
- To ensure that display units are always adequately stocked
- To suggest up-sell

Main Requirements
- Must be an ambassador for customer service
- Must be a good communicator with people at all levels - staff, customers, and Directors of the Company
- Must enjoy working with the public
- Must be of clean and tidy appearance
