We are currently recruiting for 1 x Glazier to work in a repairs team throughout South Tyneside.

**The Role**
- As a Glazier, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of glazing repair in tenanted properties.
- Perform various glazing repairs and installations in tenanted properties. - Carry out tasks such as door and window repairs, unit replacements and general glazing work.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used. - Adhere to project timelines and respond efficiently to urgent repair requests.

**The Person**
- Proven experience as a Glazier, with expertise in all aspects of glazing repair.
- Possess a valid driving license to travel to various properties.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Flexibility to handle urgent repair requests and adapt to changing work environments.

This role is a long term temporary position with the possibility of extension.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 11 months

**Salary**: £14.44 per hour
