**The role of the Accounts Senior**
- Primary contact for a portfolio of clients, taking overall responsibility for client relationship management and developing relationships with new and existing clients to identify opportunities to sell all the company’s services
- Identifying complex challenges your clients face and provide viable solutions for them
- Using the combined knowledge and skills of your team to add measurable value to the client experience
- Pitching for new business opportunities
- Creating tender documents
- Providing accounting and commercial advice to a portfolio of clients
- Supporting the management team to achieve targets and ensuring operational objectives are met in line with ‘Our 2025 Vision’
- Making sure your team is equipped with the skills they need to deliver the best possible client experience, coupled with clear career opportunities and a supportive work environment in which talents can flourish
- Conduct performance reviews and set clear objectives, maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity in everything that you do
- ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE, with five years in general practice
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office 365
- The role also requires travel to clients and other offices; therefore, a driving licence is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £39,500.00-£59,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Grantham
