Multi-Trades Recruitment are looking for a handyman to start ASAP in Kingston Upon Thames.
**About the role**:
- Responsible for the appearance and functional upkeep of buildings, vehicles, locations, and offices.
- You will follow a planned maintenance schedule as well as reactive work repairs carried out within their remit.
- The role will cover both accommodation sites and will be directed by the Supervisor as to where you will be located in order to ensure the sites remain compliant and within SLAs.
- 08:00 - 16:30 or 10:30 - 19:00 you will be put on a rota
- £14.00 per hour paid weekly
**About you**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- General Maintenance skills and good with tools
- Working within the reactive and planned maintenance sector would be an advantage
- You must have your ENHANCED dbs certificate
