We are seeking a highly motivated, amazingly passionate and truly inspirational Nursery Assistant to join our team at beautiful, small nursery-Magdalen The Lodge, SW18. This may suit someone with a little childcare experience looking to gain further knowledge and skills in their career path within an established nursery. We also provide the possibility of internal progression and funded level 3 childcare qualifications alongside an array of other training and CPD opportunities.

Magdalen is a family run business consisting of four beautiful, bespoke nurseries located within the South West London area. We have worked incredibly hard over the past ten years to build an outstanding reputation for high quality childcare and truly embrace and promote an environment for children to learn, thrive and grow whilst maintaining special relations with our families and communities.

This position would suit a nursery assistant or bank staff member, with a small amount of early years based experience looking to develop their career. A level 2 qualification or above is desirable but not necessary.

You would be happy to work 40 hours per week (across 4 or 5 days) between the hours of 7am-6.30pm). This would be for 51 weeks per year as we close over the Christmas break.

**⭐️Our Requirements ⭐️**

✨Some knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding, OFSTED requirements and current legislation

✨Must have a hands on, positive approach to working within a team

✨Must have previous, recent experience in a nursery setting.
