**PART TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT**

**Job specification Patrick Properties**
- Weekly reconciliation of all bank accounts and posting credits, debits & journal
- transactions on Access Dimensions
- Monthly credit card reconciliation and posting transactions on Access Dimensions
- Monthly and quarterly invoicing of debtors, ensuring payment is received in a timely
- fashion and recorded accurately on Access Dimensions
- Experience of working on intercompany journals
- Weekly payment of all creditors across multiple bank accounts and ledgers
- Management of the 4 Service Charge accounts, providing monthly and quarterly
- accounts on revenue and expenditure
- Preparation of financial reports on an adhoc basis for both the Finance Director and
- the Property Management Team
- Undertaking clerical tasks such as filing, answering the telephone and handling mail

**Desirable criteria**
- Working knowledge of Access Dimensions or like for like financial reporting system
- Advance or intermediate level excel
- Special Aptitudes (Skills/ Competencies)
- Ability to robustly manage processes
- High level of numerical competence
- High level of analytical skills and attention to detail
- To be flexible, adaptable and decisive
- Ability to work unsupervised and to be able to prioritise and organize workloads
- Ability to listen and understand the needs of clients and colleagues
- Self-motivated
- Always considers the best interests of the business
- Performance frequently exceeds expectations
