**Medical Summariser**

**The role of the Medical Summariser will be**:

- Summarising existing patient records.
- Summarising new patient records to a high standard and within agreed timescales based on Practice procedures.
- Restructuring existing computerised notes.
- Produce a comprehensive electronic summary using SystmOne.
- Maintaining structure when recording new information.
- Assisting GPs with queries relating to medical records.
- To work as a member of the clinical coding team, with responsibility for own areas, inputting coded data into the Patient Administration System.

**The suitable Medical Summariser will**:

- Have a previous work history in a similar role
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of SystmOne
- Will have an up to date DBS
- Take ownership and be able to work to tight deadlines

**The successful Medical Summariser will receive**:

- A salary between £12 - £12.50ph
- up to a 12 month FTC
- Support and guidance from a friendly and professional team
- Free Parking
