Imperial Personnel are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to work for a reputable company based in Worksop. As a Maintenance Supervisor you will have the overall responsibility for leading the maintenance team. You will drive performance to achieve or exceed financial plans and strategic goals. You must adhere to the company’s health and safety procedures.

**You Must**
- You must have a broad knowledge to relevant mechanical manufacturing machinery.
- You must use your initiative to organise and prioritise the work of yourself and your team and other departments
- Be able to deputise in the absence of the department Team Leader to ensure all necessary steps are taken to meet production requirements.

**Main Duties**
- Allocating and prioritising workloads of all your team (including apprentices)
- Motivating team members to achieve the needs of the department’s customers.
- Resolving all day-to-day issues that may occur.
- Involvement in lean/ cost out and TPM events.
- Administrative duties
- Conducting performance reviews, return to work interviews.**Qualifications/ Skills**
- Excellent IT Skills
- Previous supervisory experience.
- ONC Mechanical or equivalent
- Mechanical/Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship
- Competent in mechanical practices
- Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience of high-speed automatic assembly equipment.
- Injection Moulding and Power Press experience
- Contractor management/supervision
- Apprentice mentoring/development
- A working knowledge CMMS.
- You will be required to motivate personnel to create a high-performance culture.
- Electrical/PLC knowledge and experience would be at a distinct advantage

**Shifts**:
Rotation shifts.
