Jenson Fisher is delighted to be working with our long-standing successful business to recruit a Warranty Claims Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organized individual with a 'can-do' attitude to support and strengthen the Service team.

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:
Receiving warranty claims submitted by customers

Checking documentation and verifying the authenticity of claims

Communicating with customers to gather all necessary details

Accurately entering details into the company's database

Submitting all claims in a timely manner

Preparing regular reports

Ensuring compliance with warranty policies, procedures, and regulations

Providing insights and suggestions for improvement to the management team

Handling any disputes or disagreements

Communicating with other departments

Other administrative duties

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
