**Job Purpose**

Due to an unprecedented period of growth - we are searching for an experienced NPD Technologist to join our team at Finnebrogue.

We are one of the fastest growing food manufacturers in the UK and are searching for a passionate Foodie who will thrive in our environment where our employees are developed to become the best that they can be.

**What it takes**
- Excellent communicator with the visible passion and enthusiasm for achieving targets, objectives, and continuous improvement in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in creating customers’ specifications and internal factory specifications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage workloads
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Driving Licence
- Experience within meat production sector
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a Product Development role within the food industry with direct responsibility for launching products
