**Introduction**

This is a hands-on role, requiring confidence in a range digital platforms and experience of working within a similar dynamic and proactive team. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing projects from concept to execution.

**Reports to**

Group Marketing Manager

**Key Accountabilities**
- Development of the B2B & B2C customer Journeys using personalisation and localisation
- Develop an immersive and thorough onboarding process via the customer journey
- Creating engaging, SEO rich blog content
- Briefing and creation of press releases both with a third-party agency and in house
- Management and coordination of media assets such as photography, video and VR
- Build and deliver surveys as and when required to collect valuable customer feedback
- Collaborate with our inhouse design team to create highly engaging content and templates to improve our customer’s experience
- Custom branding of our digital assets for use by our Installer Partners
- Comprehensive reporting on all marketing activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
