**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time. Working as a general operative can involve spending a lot of time outside in various weather conditions carrying heavy materials back and forth. It is therefore helpful to have, and maintain, a high level of physical fitness.
- Flexible approach to work and be prepared to work additional hours when required
- Driving licence and own car essential
