Marketing at Kinetic is devolved with specialisms embedded into departments, overseen by our Strategic Marketeer. We have marketing roles in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing and Customer Experience
- **Customer Engagement Sessions **- Keeping our customers engaged in our product set forms an important part of this role and to do this you will be responsible for organising in-person and virtual events. This may include training on our products, product workshops and best practice sessions.
- **Customer Campaigns **- Key milestones occur in the Higher Education sector and as part of your role you will work with the team to send helpful ‘tips and tricks’ to help our customers get the most out of our products.
- **Product Release Webinars **- Our Products team are responsible for communicating the release of new products, releases, or features to our customers, you will support the team in hosting customer-facing sessions to demonstrate the new features in action and help to onboard them onto these.
- **Customer Surveys **- Ensuring our customers have enough opportunities to give feedback on our products and services is key. You will be involved in creating and sending surveys, working with the Head of Customer Success to analyse and follow up on the results.
- **Industry Events **- Staying close to changes in the industry is important and attending industry relevant events forms a part of this. Such events give us the opportunity to delve into trends or challenges in the sector and create a feedback loop internally with other teams, such as the Products team.
- **Customer Advocacy** - The Customer Success team are responsible for collecting invaluable customer feedback and you will be involved in producing collateral to demonstrate how our products are being used by our wider customer base.

SkillsProficient with the Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent presentation skillsExcellent Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel understandingExcellent communication, organisational and project management skillsMarketing / Design qualification would be preferableExperience in a similar role/field is desirable
- Previous experience managing and working on Events, Stand designs and event logistics
- Experience working with and managing supplier relationships.
