UEA is seeking applicants for the position of Student Visa Compliance and Federal Loans Senior Administrative Assistant** **in the Student Visa Compliance team which is part of the Admissions Service.
The Student Visa Compliance team are responsible for ensuring that the University complies with Home Office requirements as a higher education provider with a licence to sponsor international students to come to the UK under the Student route.
The team provides support in relation to the recruitment, admission, monitoring and reporting of students requiring UK immigration permission and study visas.
You will provide information and support for University staff and students on all aspects of UK Study visas, the Points Based System and visa compliance matters relating to students.
Attention to detail, with the ability to understand and follow protocols to process data together with strong IT skills are essential. Full training will be available.
This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis and will be campus based.
