Temp to Perm

£10.50ph + £0.50ph shift allowance = £11.00ph

We are recruiting for Process Operators on a temp to perm basis for our well-established clients based in Wincanton, Somerset.

**The role will consist of working in production where you will be responsible for**:

- Weighing, mixing and packing ingredients and finished products
- Carry out clean as you go duties,
- Good manufacturing practices required to consistent operate to high standards of food quality and food safety,
- Comply with company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene.

**Shift Rota Pattern**:
Rotational

Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, Friday 06:00-13:00 and 13:00-20:00.

**Essential for the role**:

- Be pro-active in your duties,
- Proven **experience **working in **food manufacturing** or **Level 2 Food Safety**,
- Be able to work on your own initiative and work with others,
- Mechanical and practical ability.

Skills: FMCG, packing, quality control, QC, QA, picking, picker, packer, dispatch, manufacturing, production
