**Position Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, conduct, and analyse user research studies using a variety of methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic research.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research objectives and prioritise research initiatives.
- Identify user pain points, needs, and behaviours to inform product and design decisions.
- Synthesise research findings into actionable insights and present them to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to iterate on designs and prototypes based on user feedback.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring that user needs are effectively addressed.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in user research and share knowledge with the team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies and tools, including but not limited to interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Experience working collaboratively with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate research findings into actionable insights.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
- Proficiency in UX research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or similar platforms is a plus.
- A portfolio or examples of previous research projects demonstrating your ability to uncover user insights and influence product decisions.
