_Resolve Recruitment are working with one of the UK's leading Fast Food and Catering Suppliers. Our client has recently opened a brand-new distribution center and they now require a Driver Supervisor to join their team on a Temporary to permanent basisin Portsmouth _

**The Role** -. To induct and train new recruits
- Relief driver to cover holidays and sickness of your driving team
- Support the site management team to ensure all LGV fleet is in line and compliant with its O Licence daily
- To complete various administration tasks making sure both you and your team have completed deliveries within the guidelines of the company
- Deal with issues as a manager that may affect your team on a daily basis to make sure all staff can perform to the best of their ability
- Must be experienced in a supervisory role managing a team of LGV Drivers
- Must hold full LGV Category C licence, Digital Tachograph and Driver Qualification Card
- FLT Licence would be advantageous but not essential as this can be done through training
- Must be physically fit due to the heavy lifting involved in the role
- Good communication skills both written and verbally
- Great customer service skills
- Must be polite, approachable, well presented, and professional

**The Rewards -**
- £31,008 per annum plus bonuses
