Working for a forward-thinking, and rapidly growing company in Chester, we are recruiting a proactive, friendly and organised Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and senior leadership team. It's a brand new role due to growth, so a reallygreat opportunity for you to come in and make a huge impact.

**Hours**: Full-time, Monday to Friday

**Location**: Chester office (free parking)

**Salary**:£30-35k plus 25 days holiday, eligibility for a bonus, private medical insurance

**What you'll be doing?**
- Providing a comprehensive and fully confidential administrative assistance to the MD and SLT
- Arranging meetings in the calendar and managing the diary effectively
- Reminding the MD of any important tasks and deadlines
- Support with personal errands ans and when required e.g. personal travel arrangements
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Coordinate and organise company meetings and events, management meetings both in person and virtually
- Prepare meeting agendas, minute tasking and distribution of notes
- Support with report writing by collating information, statistics, and drafting powerpoint presentations
- Process billing and expenses/mileage claims to submit to the accounts department
- Office facilities management e.g. ordering stationery and supplies, ordering uniforms, new starter laptops and phones, welcoming visitors, health and safety.

**What experience you'll need?**
- You'll have previous Office Management/Executive Assistant experience
- Experienced in using MS Office to a high level
- Confident communicator
- Friendly, proactive and organised
- Confident when organising events, travel and accommodation
- Good numerical skills able to input into reports and oversee expenses etc
